Southern Plains Regional must attend one of the two USAOK qualifying
tournaments.

divisions with Greco immediately following the conclusion of each
weight of the
Freestyle tournament.

In non-qualifying divisions, weights with 2
or fewer participants will be combined with the weight above if the
weight
difference does not exceed 15%.
